FIRST DAY OF PUBLICATION
MAY 3, 2001
Preface:
I am a diabetic, I am currently on diet, exercise and oral medication.
I have found little help in small things, like how to handle cravings for sweets, how to cook things without sugar, that I am fond of or want to try, but cannot because of sugar or carbohydrate content. That is why I have started this web site.
If you have contributions, please send them to me at the following E-mail address:
It would be appreciated if you click on a few of the advertisers in the site to help with my research into items for the site.

SUGAR SUBSTITUTE HINT:
I have just found a sugar substitute, that contains zero calories, and can be cooked with and substitutes spoon for spoon in most recipes.
This product is called "SPLENDA"
It comes in a yellow box, and is next to the other sweeteners, both pink and blue. It can be bought either loose or envelopes for easy use. The great thing is that it does not turn bitter when mixed with citrus or vinegar like pink and blue do, a taste to remember if you have done this.
